The Foundation consists of an Executive Board served by the President/CEO and Founder, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, with an Advisory Board consisting of a group of volunteer educators, business and community leaders, parents, employment counselors, and administrators. The President/CEO and Founder appoints the board members.
The role of the Advisory Board is to assist in the administration of the Foundation by contributing their expertise in support of the mission, vision, and goals of The de Moya Foundation. Each Advisory Board Member is asked to contribute in at least one area of their interest and where their expertise is the most beneficial towards accomplishing the mission of the Foundation.
